Melde dich an!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>Die <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bvaeb.at\/cdscontent\/?contentid=10007.840453&amp;portal=bvaebbportal\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">BVAEB<\/a> unterst\u00fctzt versicherte Seniorinnen und Senioren dabei, ihre Gesundheitskompetenz und ihr Sozialkapital zu st\u00e4rken. Dabei geht es um die Bereiche Bewegung, Ern\u00e4hrung und psychische Gesundheit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><mark style=\"color:#fe0000\" class=\"has-inline-color\">Nordic Walking \u2013 Ganzk\u00f6rpertraining mit Stockeinsatz<\/mark><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Sportart mit den zwei St\u00f6cken ist besonders gelenksschonend und eignete sich ideal als Ganzk\u00f6rpertraining: Die Mobilit\u00e4t und Koordination werden nachhaltig gef\u00f6rdert, die Muskelkraft sowie der Gleichgewichtssinn werden trainiert, und der Kreislauf kommt in Schwung. Um die richtige Technik zu erlernen, bietet die BVAEB Nordic Walking Kurse an &#8211; zum Beispiel in in Wien und Nieder\u00f6sterreich.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><mark style=\"color:#fa0000\" class=\"has-inline-color\">Mit Schwung in den Herbst &#8211; Angebot an verschiedenen Standorten in Wien und in Tulln<\/mark><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In den ersten zwei Einheiten (Basis) werden die Teilnehmer:innen gezielt an die korrekte Nordic Walking-Technik herangef\u00fchrt und lernen, diese eigenst\u00e4ndig anzuwenden. In den darauffolgenden Terminen (Plus) haben die Teilnehmer:innen die M\u00f6glichkeit, das Erlernte umzusetzen, ihre Technik zu festigen und zu vertiefen. Ziel der gesamten Kursreihe: Kondition und Ausdauer zu verbessern und Freude an der Bewegung in der Gruppe zu erleben!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><mark style=\"color:#f80202\"
